Laruelwood Fitness Center Located in H building, our free Fitness Center offers a treadmill machine, a stationary bike, weights, and several other pieces of equipment donated by residents. The converted storage room has a wet bar complete with refrigerator, and a sound system for music. Mike Thomas, HOA President said, "This center is part of a program to upgrade the amenities at Laurelwood, to improve the quality of living for residents and increase property value for owners. This is only the first step in offering our residents top notch amenities. Improvements to our clubhouse, pool, tennis and volleyball courts, along with our fitness center, will mean Laurelwood can boast the same facilities as the high-priced condos and attract more owner/occupants to our community." The Board wishes to thank all those who spent many hours making this facility possible. It must be noted that the entire project was done at no additional cost to owners.
